Delivery Cost
"Delivery cost in Japan" and "Delivery Cost for Abroad" are charged.
1. "Delivery cost in Japan" is the cost that needs to deliver the package from retail stores to Japanese Goods. It is decided by each retail store. It is about 500-1200yen for each of one store.
2. "Delivery Cost for Abroad" is the cost that needs to deliver the package from Japanese Goods to you. Description is on the following sentences.
Delivery Cost for Abroad
We normally estimate the package weight and receive it in advance. *1
Delivery methods is Small Packets (AIR MAIL) for ~2kg , and EMS for 2kg~.*2
By your request, we can flexibly deal with other delivery methods (EX. Sea Mail, SAL, International Parcel, Yamato Unyu).

Insurance Fee
When the total price is ~20,000 yen, the insurance fee is free.
When the total price is 20,000 yen ~, 50 yen will be charged for every 20,000 yen.
Fragile
When your items are fragile, additional fee $0.00~$5.00 will be charged for adding cushions.
Delivery Days
"Delivery days in Japan" is about 3~7 business days.
"Delivery days for abroad" is decided by your country and region.
The details on our packaging, the dilivery cost for the other countries, and the other delivery methods are written in FAQ: Shipping.
*1 When we cannot estimate the package weight, telling you it in Order Confirmation, and we will bill the delivery cost right before the shipment. In this case, we will send the package, after your payment of the delivery cost is completed.
*2 For insurance and tracking, even the package weight is ~2kg, if the total price of produts are over 20,000yen, EMS will be used for the delivery method, and "Delivery Cost for Abroad" will be changed from the table below. If you would like to reject this changing, please request us.
