Delivery
Description
A Japanese online retailer sends your package to us, and we send the package to you. So there are two delivery costs: delivery cost in Japan and delivery cost for abroad. Both costs are showed on an order confirmation page. Example of Order Confirmation Page
Delivery cost in Japan: it is decided by each retail store, about ¥500-1,200 for each store.
Delivery cost for abroad:
It depends on the package weight (estimated).

Delivery methods are Small Packets (AIR MAIL) for ~2kg , and EMS for 2kg~.
Delivery Days:
Delivery days in Japan are about 3~7 business days.
Delivery days for abroad is decided by your country and region.
EX. New York: Small Packets (AIR MAIL) 7 days, EMS 3 days.
Insurance Fee: when the total price is over ¥20,000, ¥50 will be charged for every ¥20,000. (EMS)
Fragile: when your items are fragile, additional fee $0.00~$5.00 will be charged for adding cushions.
Difference of the delivery methods:
Small Packets (AIR MAIL): only under 2kg, but cheaper than EMS. No insurance. No tracking.
EMS: Faster than Small Packets. Be able to take care of insurace and track the package.
If you would like to change Small Packets (AIR MAIL) to EMS, please tell us in message. Or if we think the need, we will contact you.
By your request, we can flexibly deal with other delivery methods (EX. Sea Mail, SAL, International Parcel, Yamato Unyu).
