Customs
Depending on your country's rules, usually you will pay (or free) customs duties at your nearest post office or international mail exchange offices. However for expensive packages, you need to pass customs at customs house by hiring the agencies. Please check your country's rules at the webstite of International Mail (Post Office) or Customs House in your country.
Example: USA
Quote an abstract from CBP -Internet Purchase-. If the item is less than $2,000 in value, a CBP official will usually prepare the paperwork for importing it, assess the proper duty, and release it for delivery. Packages whose declared value is under $200 will generally be cleared without any additional paperwork prepared by CBP. If any duty is owed, CBP will charge a processing fee for clearing your package. Duty and the processing fee are usually paid at your local post office, where your package is forwarded.
Because of the above, customs duties are not included in our charge.
We will inform the estimation of the customs duties as a part of our service on Order Confirmation. However, depending on your country or your products, there is the case that we can not estimate the customs duties.
Please note that our estimated customs duties are nothing more than the estimation. The customs of your country has all the right of the customs duties, so we do not make any compensation.
