Out of Stock

When the products you point to us become out of stocks in the retail store, after you checkout your Order Confirmation, we will payback the charge for the products.

Package Check

We check packages in Japan. If the trouble is found, we will ask you the decision for making returned goods or not.

When you decide not to request returned goods, we can not accept returned goods after the package is delivered to you, provided, however, that the troble is clearly not included in your decision.

Not Delivered

If you do not receive your package within the delivery days that we have told you, please email us within "2 weeks" after the delivery days are passed.

After we take the confirmation from the post office, we will ask your decision for accepting re-delivery or repayment.

Different Product

If you receive a different product, please email us within "1 week" after the package is arrived.

Please send pictures of the different product. We will ask your decision for accepting re-delivery or repayment.

After your returned goods is completed, we make re-delivery or repayment.

Broken Product

If you receive a broken product, please make an offer to the delivery post office "at once" after the package is arrived. Also please email us within "1 week".

After we take the confirmation from the post office, we will ask your decision for accepting re-delivery or repayment.

Defective Product

When you reject our advanced offer of returned goods in Japan, this condition is not applicable, provided, however, that the troble is clearly not included in your decision.

If you receive a defective product, please email us within "1 week (as soon as possible)" after the package is arrived.

Please send pictures and explanation about the defective product. We will ask your decision for accepting re-delivery or repayment.

After your returned goods is completed, we make re-delivery or repayment.

Misorder

Basically we can not accept returned goods. However if you cancel the order before we make the order to retailers, we can stop or change the order.

Dislike Your Product

We can not accept returned goods.
