Because of shipping from online stores to our office, you usually need to pay the delivery cost in Japan. It is about ¥0-¥1,200 depending on the rule of each store. It usually takes 2~5 business days.
For EMS, when the sum of your parchase is over ¥20,000, ¥50 will be charged for every ¥20,000 exceeded. (EX. ¥10,000→¥0, ¥30,000→¥50, ¥110,000→¥200)
We set our currency on Yen basis. You can check the currency rate on the market from here. However this currency rate is only the market rate, the actual currency rate applied to your order is determined by your credit-card company, PayPal, or your bank. Usually it will show in the checkout process.
You can use major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, debit cards, and etc., depending on your country and region. We are including PayPal processor in our site.
Depending on your country's rule, you may be charged fee at the custom in your country. In any case, the customs duty is the recipient's responsibility. Please check the website of your country's customs house. (EX. USA CBP -Internet Purchase-)
If we have known the customs duty on your country, we will tell the estimation on the checkout page, however note that it is only the estimation and the customs has all the right about the duty.
Send us an email within one week after the items arrived to you, and before using them.
We check products before we ship them to you, however the defect of the products that does not occur in delivery process should be settled between you and the online store. We will send your claims to the online store, instead of you.
If the defect or the problem occur in the delivery process, we will make re-delivery or repayment.
In both cases, we are sorry to say that you bear the international delivery cost caused by the returning goods.
