Q: Do you check the inside of the packages or repackage the items by yourselves?

A: For customs clearance, we check the inside of all the packages. If we find it necessary we will add cushions and change the cardboard for safer shipping even if the products are not fragile. The details on Package Check are here. Return Policy


Q: There are no explanation about the shipping cost for my country.

A: Thank you for your question.

Delivery charge for Middle and Near East, Central America, West Indies are approximately same as delivery charge for USA.

Delivery charge for Asia is approximately 75% of delivery charge for USA.

Delivery charge for South America, Africa are approximately 140% of delivery charge for USA.


Q: Do you have the other delivery methods?

A: We are preparing SAL and SEA MAIL of the postal service, and Yamato Unyu for other deliveries. Please tell us in Application Form (in Free Message), if you want to use these methods.


Q: Is there no restriction on products' size for shipping?

A: Japan Post has restriction by products' size. If products' size is so big, we have to use another delivery company. We inform you at Order Confirmation.

2. Order

Q: How long can I checkout from Order Confirmation?

A: Order Confirmation expires "1 week" after Reply E-mail is sent back to you. We make the expiration date, because the currency rate will change and the product may be out of stock in the retail store.


Q: Even if I buy a number of products, do I need to confirm only one Order Confirmation?

A: Yes, you need to checkout only one Order Confirmation, even if there are many products.


Q: Can I buy a goods that is not introduced in Japanese Goods?

A: Even if your applying goods are not in introduced sites, we accept your order.


Q: Could you explain about the selections that appears in the checkout process? ("Sign up and create an account", "Not creating an account", etc.)

A: If you are a new customer, you can select "Sign up and create an account" or "Not creating an account". If you creat an account, the next time you can process the checkout by only typing your email address and password. If you choose "Not creating an account", you have to make the same procedures again.


Q: If the products become out of stock, after I order to you. Do you return the payment?

A: When we know that the product is out of stock in the retail store, we will inform you and ask you to select purchasing an alternative product or canceling the order. If you cancel the order, we will pay back the amount of your payment.


Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.


Q: When I select the PayPal for my payment method, the PayPal page displays in Japanese. How can I see in Englsih?

A: You can change the language from Japanese to English by the drop down menu at the top right side of the first PayPal page. Reference Images. (PayPal Japan system misconceives your country.)

3. Custom Duty

Q: Could you tell me about customs duties?

A: From the specific price that is decided by each country, customs duties charge on the package.

Low-price items: If the total price of the products does not exceed the specific price range that is decided by each country, customs duties are free. If your purchase exceeds the specific price, the customs duties will be charged on your package. But there are no annoying procedures. Usually you just pay the customs duties at your nearest post office or international mail exchange offices.

Expensive items: The expensive items (the price border is decided by each country) are required the formal customs clearance that needs the annoying procedures. In order for customers to avoid this, we recommend the use of Yamato Unyu which takes care of the customs clearance. However Yamato Unyu is more expensive than the international postal service.


Notice: The explanation of tariff systems mentioned above is written in general terms, so the details are different from each country. We will tell you the tariff system of your country on the Order Confirmation of your first order.


Q: I am a USA resident. When there exist custom duties, how do I pay it?

A: Custom duties and informal processing fee are usually paid at a local post office where your package is fowarded.


Q: I am a USA resident. I want to know more about custom duty.

A: When prices less than $200, custom duty is free and there is no processing at the custom house. When prices more than $200 and less than $2000, there exist customs duties. But no formal processing, so you will just pay the customs duties on a local post office. When prices more than $2000, there exists formal processing at the custom house. We have to use Yamato Unyu and ask them alternatively to do all processing work. We inform you at an Order Confirmation.


Q: Could you divide my package in order to avoid the tax?

A: Object of taxation is not packages, but an order. If you would like to divide one order into two or more for tax avoidance, please tell us in the Application Form (in Free Message). We will separate the Order Confirmation into more than one, however Japanese Service Charge will be calculated as one order.

4. Return Policy

Q: I mistake my order and want to change the order. How soon does Japanese Goods order to the retail store?

A: After you checkout, we order the goods to the retail store at once. Please tell us your change as soon as possible.

5. Form

Q: Machine translation of a product name in English is a nonsensical phrase. Can I use this terms for a form?

A: Yes. We just need to know what product you are mentioning.


Q: When I write a product's name in Japanese, Japanese characters turn into garbage.

A: When Japnese characters are included in your sentences, please don't paste or write them directly. Once paste the sentences to Notepad, and copy and paste them again. Thank you for your help.
